Check-in is flexible, we have a 24 hour staffed front desk, but generally between 2 and 8pm. Please let us know of your estimated arrival time so we can make arrangements to welcome you.
Check-out is 11am. Should you need a late check out, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate requests for early check –in and late check-out, but cannot guarantee these options are available, especially during busy seasons.
Payment is taken at the time of check-in, cash, in the correct amount, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. Please be prepared to present you credit card and valid driver’s license upon check-in.
We understand travel plans change for many reasons, and we ask that you let us know of your need to change or cancel your reservation as soon as possible, because we are a small Inn a last minute cancellation greatly impacts us. In the event your cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, we will first do everything we can to rebook your reservation, however if we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to charge 25% of the total room charge, or 1 nights room charge, whichever is greater. If your cancellation is less than 48 hours’ notice, we again will do everything possible to rebook your reservation, however if we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total room charge.
We support a 100% non-smoking environment. If you must smoke, please do so off of our premises. Vapor and e-cigarettes are permitted outside only.
Damages to the Inn and/or its contents as a result of negligence or carelessness, will be charged to your credit card at the discretion of the owner. These charges could include, but are not limited to the cost to repair or replace damaged items, labor, and any lost revenue due to down time. Additionally condo’s which require extensive cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Guests who smoke inside the Inn will be assessed a $300 cleaning charge.
We love them, but they are not able to accommodate them at the Inn. Please let us know if we can assist you in locating quality boarding services.
