The Carlton Club Inn is ideal for guests needing a temporary home away from home with a minimum of 30 nights or longer. We specialize in helping new comers relocating to Kerrville, winter Texans, and business travelers on temporary assignment to the Hill Country.
Each of our fully furnished accommodations are self-contained with the convenience of private entrances and patios.
Our one and two bedroom Suites are actually apartments with living and dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens with pots and pans, bakeware, dishes and other necessary items for cooking and enjoying full meals, as well as a microwave and coffee pot. The Studios are efficiencies with sitting and dining areas and functional kitchenettes which include a toaster oven, microwave, Nu-Wave hot plate, coffee pot, dishes and other necessary items needed to prepare simple meals. (Other small appliances can be available as needed.)
Each of the Suites have the added convenience of a washer and dryer, and an ice machine is also located on-site.
Pricing is all inclusive; your choice of Suite or Studio, all furnishings including linens and towels, all utilities including cable and unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, as well as weekly housekeeping are all provided with no additional cost.
Payment for an extended stay is payable at the beginning of each 30 night period. A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is collected prior to arrival, and is held for the duration of your stay. Refunds are issued by check within 30 days of your check-out date.
